As an Administrative Assistant you will work in Global Entity Management department. You will be responsible for handling client-facing duties and ensure timely and quality deliverables of excellent services to the assigned portfolio of Entity Management clients.
You will join the team of a large global company which offers a comprehensive range of services covering Accounting, Legal and HR and Payroll compliance and reporting.
You will work in close cooperation and under supervision of Team Leader for Global Entity Management services in Sweden.
Key responsibilities
Responsibility for managing full scope of administrative duties within GEM Team;
Sending and receiving letters, emails and taking care of the provision of courier services on behalf and for GEM clients;
Collecting and delivering documents from/to clients and third parties by indicated deadline;
Collecting and registering documents by indicated deadline;
Translating correspondence and other documents from/into English/Swedish or Swedish/English;
Preparing letters, emails and any other forms of written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties in English and in Swedish according to the TMF internal standards for the correspondence;
Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and collating in accordance with the internal procedures.
Ensure the collection and filing of client and/or TMF documents according to agreed filing procedures and maintain client files complete and in a good order;
Perform field work if required: collects and prepares the file necessary for the obtaining documents required by TMF or client;
Meet the established deadlines for each client;
Holding process agent roles for the international client entities.
Key requirements
Hands-on mentality, coordinating capacity and excellent planning skills
Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Swedish
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic International environment
