Arbetsbeskrivning
As the Senior Lawyer you will coordinate work in Corporate Secretarial Services (CoSec) department. You will be responsible for preparing, handling and keeping all legal documentation in order and in line with Service Level Agreements. The job holder will be the main point of contact for clients in relation to all legal matters.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the collection and filing of client and/or TMF documents according to agreed filing procedures and maintain clients’ files complete and in a good order;
Holding Directorships for Client entities;
Draw-up the agreements and participate to agreements consultation;
Maintain the relation with the external legal suppliers (lawyers and public notaries);
Perform field work if required, collects and prepares the file necessary for the obtaining documents required by TMF or client;
Keep up to date with changes in legislation and informs superiors on the changes;
Meet the established deadlines for each client;
Identify and communicate effectively any legal non-compliance issues related both to TMF and clients;
Assist clients and coordination of special cosec projects, i.e. shareholders’ and board resolutions, health checks, transfer of shares, mergers;
Assist clients with incorporations, acquisitions or liquidations of the entities, as requested by team leader;
Provide assistance in setting up directorships structure, including review of transactions and client’s documents;
Close cooperation with Team Leader in respect of on-boarding / intake of new clients and respective tax and legal registrations, KYC coordination
Key requirements
University degree in Law;
5 - 7 years of proven experience in financial services, international law, tax or trust environment; preferably in international company;
Oral and written fluency in Swedish and English;
Target motivated / initiative oriented individual with strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills;
Goal oriented individual, able to service multiple clients at once with exceptional prioritizing skills;
Stress resilient person, able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results.
