Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Tools & Products Assistant to join our Stockholm team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the development and implementation of custom plugins for Jira using Forge (JavaScript) under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine their requirements to ensure they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain solution architecture diagrams to effectively communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders and team members.
Create, test, and debug LogicApps flows to automate and integrate business processes when required or during downtime.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of developed plugins and solutions into existing systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.
Provide timely and accurate updates on the progress of assigned tasks to project managers and team leads.
Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users and internal team members.
We believe that you have:
Experience in fields related to Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong foundation in JavaScript and familiarity with Forge is preferred.
Knowledge of Jira and its application in software development projects.
Experience with LogicApps, Azure, or other integration platforms is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
