Drive and implement Group Reward programs, processes, and policies at Husqvarna Group
Husqvarna Group is now expanding their Group Function Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), moving towards an even more business-oriented global function that supports the strategic direction going forward. Therefore, Husqvarna Group is now searching for an engaged and business oriented Total Rewards Manager.
The Global Total Rewards function at Husqvarna Group has the overall global responsibility for providing market competitive remuneration packages. Total Rewards drives the long-term approach to compensation and develops and manages global reward frameworks, policies, and processes. The function is also responsible for managing a variety of global reward processes, e.g., the annual salary review, short term incentive and long-term incentive processes as well as benefit offerings and International Assignments. Today the function is focused on executive remuneration and international assignments but has started a journey to expand and develop into a true Total Rewards function.
As Total Rewards Manager you are responsible for implementing programs, processes and policies. You are expected to work in close cooperation with all three business divisions including business and HR leaders, who you will help defining strategic priorities related to total rewards and transform them into tactical and operational plans. This can be related to processes like annual salary review, incentive programs, and ongoing daily/weekly rewards activities. The Global Rewards Manager will also lead Group Total Rewards projects.
Key tasks
Lead reward processes to support the business initiatives going forward.
Take an active role around reward processes in partnership with P&O teams in each division.
Job Architecture mapping and reviews within the divisions as well as participating in meetings with Global Total Rewards for calibrations and development purposes.
IPE evaluations, development of remuneration package proposals when the divisions are hiring.
Helping to define strategic priorities related to total rewards and transform them into tactical and operational plans.
Bonus programs , i.e., retention, productivity, commission based that the divisions decide on themselves.
Manage and advise in salary review processes in the divisions.
Employment contracts for higher divisional roles
Represent the divisions when it comes to global processes that Group Total Rewards will implement in the HRIS system Workday.
The Total Rewards Manager have a solid reporting line to the Group VP Total Rewards. The preference is for the position to be based at HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. However, other locations within Sweden could be considered.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are self-motivated, curious, and a have a great interest for the business. You have a high energy-level and a “can do attitude”, working with endurance to support and drive the reward work in close collaboration with the divisions. You have a good analytical and communicative ability to be able to identify, drive, and be proactive around reward topics. Important that you are able to build relationships and network through personal credibility across the organization. Easily establish contact, builds trust and mutual respect through words and actions.
Who are you?
You have several years of Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits experience with a strong understanding of leading and implementing reward processes in a global company. You have a proven track record of working proactively and in close collaboration with the business. We see that you have an academic degree in a relevant field for the role, or similar relevant experience. You have a hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS) and you have excellent skills in IPE tool. Fluency in English is a requirement, and knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
