WHO DO WE NEED
As far as experience goes, we need someone who’s worked for at least 5 years within the area of Total Rewards or similar. Someone with experience of working with analytics tools and who’s strong in database/Microsoft excel. Someone with experience of working with global assignments is also highly valuable, since this is a position with global scope.


If you are ‘tech savvy’ and interested in the utilization of digital tools, this is a plus!


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The purpose of this job is to provide expertise within the Total rewards programmes globally, with focus on effectively attract and retain key talent.


This means:
· Explore and analyze business needs impact on the Total Rewards strategy.
· Provide expertise knowledge in the creation and design of the Total Rewards strategy and in the maintenance of the content areas/approaches within it.
· Develop Total Rewards communication plans, material and support documentation together with the Communication department and Payroll specialists.
· Analyze business needs and propose development initiatives of digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate Total Rewards process (this is where the tech-savviness comes in handy!)
· Provide in-depth analysis of laws regulating Total Rewards practices and modify necessary our (INGKA Group) policy and practices to maintain compliance with regulations.
· Monitor Total Rewards trends and reviews and benchmark the data.
· Provide consultation, guidance, and support to HR matrix partners and managers on Total Rewards-related issues.
· Support Total Rewards leaders in monitoring that all our markets are in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and compliance, in the execution of our Total Rewards framework and policies.
