As our Total Rewards Specialist you will join our Co-worker Experience team. You are passionate about people and the impact Total Rewards will have on people and business growth. For the past 5 years you have worked with Total Rewards in an international working environment.
You are dedicated to developing Total Rewards approaches, processes, and tools. You live our values, and you enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment.
Additionally, in order to be successful in this role, we think you possess:
· Integrity and credibility built through knowledge and competence in the Total Rewards field
· Ability to deal with concepts, systems, and statistics in an organized and self-disciplined way
· Self-driven and able to organize and prioritize own work
· Strong analytical and critical/challenging mind set
· Maturity to handle sensitive information and make sound decisions
· Ability to understand the bigger picture but have an eye for details and related facts
· Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a capability to “think outside the box”
· Ability to communicate in a simple and for non-specialists’ understandable way to a wide range of people across multiple regions and cultures
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The responsibility of the Total Rewards Specialist is to provide expertise to the Ingka Centres Total Rewards agenda to attract and retain key talent in a cost efficient – yet inspirational way!
Together with colleagues from all over the world you will explore and analyze business needs in other People & Culture areas, Domains, and Meeting Places to continuously follow, to develop and adjust the Total Rewards solutions, including digital tools and systems.
As a Total Rewards Specialist you will drive the Total Rewards processes globally, including for example Annual Salary revision, One IKEA Bonus, Salary Bands updates.
Other things that you’ll focus on every day:
· Making sure the Total Rewards agenda is appreciated by our co-workers and business leaders, while also being aligned with Ingka Group policies
· Developing Total Rewards related communication plans, materials, and support documentation together with Communication specialists
· Providing consultation, guidance, and support to various stakeholders on Total Rewards-related issues on business and individual level.
· Collecting, analysing, and utilizing external and internal Total Rewards intelligence to stay industry-competitive and implementing improvements when appropriate.
· Actively work on and develop the Total Rewards database, reports, and dashboard to provide analytical insights for data-driven decisions
You will report to Co-worker Experience Manager, and your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.
