IKEA Components (ICOMP) task within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range.We create substantial cost-and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and trade of raw materials, components and fittings.IKEA Components is part of the IKEA group and share the IKEA vision and values.Our business is global and we are 750 employees based in Sweden, Slovakia and China.Through co-operation with IKEA Trading Offices we are in addition represented at several other sites around the world.We are now looking for a TQE (technique, quality and environmental) manager who is eager to take on the challenge as responsible for TQE within ICOMP in Europe!The TQE manager leads the purchasing teams in Europe within the area of TQE towards reaching defined goals and securing that our products are produced with the right quality and in an environmental and social responsible way.It is the TQE manager's responsibility to decide the agenda, set prioritises and to take an active role in developing working methods and tools. The main tasks are to: .Lead and support the purchasing teams in Europe within the area of TQE .Develop working methods and tools .Prioritise and set the agenda for Quality and Environment .Take an active role in the environmental development within ICOMP .Working very close and actively with our purchasing teams, suppliers & Global Q&E Manager .Member of ICOMP TQE global management group Knowledge: .Experience from working with quality systems and standards .Knowledge of doing business together with suppliers .Production experience .Fluent in English .University degree in Engineering Motivation: .Good ability to listen and to communicate (in English), to inspire and motivate people .Being eager to work with IKEA people in a diverse and international environment .Attitude and courage to manage challenges .Acting in an improvement driven and result oriented way.
