Trade assistant

The Flemish economic representation in Stockholm are looking for a full-time trade assistant starting as soon as possible. Assignment will run until 30th September 2022. During the period you will be employed by Manpower.

What you will do

As a trade assistant at FIT, you support Flemish companies in their mission to export to Sweden. More information can be found at http://www.flanderstrade.com

Your duties nclude:

* Answering questions from Flemish companies regarding exporting to Sweden (trade files)
* Supporting interns in their process of covering trade files
* Writing reports
* Developing and maintaining contacts with companies and organisations
* Performing office and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping
* Collecting and sorting market and sector information from various sources



Your profile

* You have a bachelor's degree (University or University College) in a relevant field or
* equivalent through experience
* You have a business mind and know what business all is about
* You are a team player who wants the best for FIT Stockholm as a team
* Full proficiency in both Swedish and English, knowledge of Dutch would be an asset
* Sense for initiative, detail, responsibility and loyalty is highly valued
* You have a valid work permit
* Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of local business terminology and experience in regulatory and legal issues would be an asset when researching, on behalf of Flemish companies, the local terms to execute business projects in Sweden
