To our division, Stationary Crushing & Screening we’re looking for a driven and self-sufficient Trade Compliance Officer to join us in a global role. Within Trade Compliance, our goal is to integrate customs and export control processes and tools throughout our value-chain, and our function ensures that export as well as import procedures comply with international trade regulations. Your mission
In this position, you set goals and plan activities in the division for all legal entities and production units –anchoring trade compliance initiatives and aligning them with our overall corporate strategy. Your job includes creating procedures and increasing compliance with best practices for your department and cross-functional business units. You take ownership and responsibility for the trade compliance areas, ensure that processes and requirements get implemented and that trade compliance processes are followed. You also guarantee that new tools and processes are developed, and that the maturity stays on a high level. By conducting training and education you safeguard knowledge in the division and create awareness about trade compliance in our daily operations. Furthermore, you support the business in international trade activities and changes in trade rules, aligned with our Trade Compliance policy.

The location for this position is at our site in Svedala, however, we don´t need your presence at the site all the time and offer you the opportunity to work remotely some days. Occasional travelling is part of your assignment.

Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree from a relevant field of study, or equivalent knowledge gained from work. You have a few years’ experience from a leading position, with solid experience from work related customs and import and export operations. Knowledge in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain is highly desired. Working in a truly global organization calls for excellent English skills.

You’re a true problem solver and analytical thinker, with great communication and team working skills. You do not shy away from being hands-on, and make sure you support and engage the organization. These characteristics, together with your passion for improvements and willpower to constantly improve yourself and those around you, are your keys to success in this role.
