YOUR MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create Brand plans - Develop media platform - focus trade/customer media - Create in store material for trade and salesforce - Create and implement category plans - Support KAM in negotiations with central customer - Consumer and shopper research ink retail audit data (Nielsen) - Budget control WHO ARE YOU?We think that you have a passion to drive the category forward together with the company's trade partners.A strong analytic skill together with excellence in planning and implementation of your projects is vital.You can handle periods of high workload and high levels of complexity in problem solving.You also have the ability to grasp the wider picture in order to take strategically as well as tactically decisions.Working in a small and rapidly growing team will require you to be communicative and pragmatic.QUALIFICATIONS: - You have a degree in business administration - App.3-5 years experience within sales and marketing from FMCG-companies - Project management training (e.g.in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials) - Proven track-record in successful project delivery - Leadership experience is valued.Interviews will be held continuously, please apply as soon as possible.
