What’s the job and who are we looking for?
You will be responsible of our trade marketing activities, ensuring efficient & insight-based investment and strong brand support to stimulate sales through different trade channels. You will act as a link between Marketing and Retail sales to deliver our brand purpose and category vision towards customers and shoppers.
This is a very exciting role, and to enjoy it we believe that you are outgoing and like building relationships. You have a passion for communication and an eye for graphic appearance - you know how to inspire shoppers as well as have knowledge of their shopping behavior. To be successful, we think that you enjoy leading projects and work independently, you have a sense to see the whole picture yet are detail oriented when needed. We highly value relevant experience from a similar role and an “always striving"-mindset .
Some of your responsibilities & accountabilities will be
- Team up with Store development, KAM and Costumers with the ambition to improve the shopper experience in the frozen area to drive higher category engagement.
- Lead the trade activation plan per Sales cycle. Secure strong alignment with marketing and sales plan to optimise 360 degree plans.
- Closely track and follow up on targets and results, and proactively transfer insights to business actions.
- Build and present inspirational and insight-based trade presentations for both internal and external use
- Responsible for contact with agency for production of sales materials including Point of Sales material, coupons, catalogues and other sales stimulation materials.
- Together with Marketing and Sales plan for a powerful theme for Sales conferences, elevating i.e. a hero brand or an event.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree from University or college, within Business Marketing or equivalent or
- Experience from a similar role or another commercial role
- Strong project management skills and relationship building skills
- Excellent presenter and a skilled negotiator
- Good knowledge in Office 365 and Adobe InDesign
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
