Trade Performance Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a team member in our trade team in Stockholm. The role is to support trade teams to have best performance analysis in respect of trade result, KPI monitoring and to identify and drive trade improvement initiatives. The position will report to Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Asia trade.
Accountabilities:
Perform data analysis in trade team.
Responsible for monthly financial and performance reporting (customer insights).
Seek and implement best practices in performance management within and across trade teams.
Responsible for Voyage closing process / creating Voyage calculations.
Identify performance improving measures.
Provide BI tools to understand trade profitability and reckon threshold for Pricing guidelines.
Ad-hoc performance reports/supports whenever necessary.

Knowledge and skills:
More than 2-year-experience in Shipping.
Comprehensive understanding of voyage calculation in the operating system.
Analytical skills in data pool.
MS office literacy: Excel, PPT.
Result oriented and proactive attitude in identifying improvement area.
Excellent communication/language skills in English.
Able to work independently as well being a part of a team.
