The Trademark department is now recruiting a new colleague for the role of Trademark Paralegal.


The main role is to administer the domain name portfolio and domain name conflicts of the Tetra Pak Group, manage internal trademark and domain name records, and provide paralegal support to the Trademark team.
The job will include internal as well as external contacts – you will work in close collaboration with trademark attorneys, the market companies, and our domain name and information management providers.


This position is based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do
Supervising the domain name registration, review, and maintenance process; being main point of contact for our external domain name management provider
Analyzing potentially infringing domain names and providing recommendations for appropriate action
Administering domain name conflicts handled by the Trademark team or outside counsel
Providing support with trademark applications, maintenance filings, and conflicts
Managing the trademark and domain name deadline docket; managing records in the IP management database
Developing and maintaining work processes and guidelines for the Trademark team
Updating intranet pages pertaining to trademarks and domain names
Managing and updating the physical and electronic archives
Providing general paralegal support to the Trademark team

To be successful in this role you need to be a professional, experienced, and team-oriented individual with high integrity. Furthermore, you have the ability to work pro-actively with set targets.


As a person you are accurate, detail-oriented, always delivering with high quality, and you take pride in providing timely service and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.


We believe that the successful candidate has a Bachelor degree and documented experience in working with domain names and trademarks for a minimum of three years. You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office and other administrative tools, and you are familiar with working with IP management software.


Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal is a must. Any additional language skills are a plus.
