The Trademark department is now recruiting a new colleague for the role as Trademark Renewal Administrator. In this role you will participate in building a new renewal department and to administer the trademark renewals within the Tetra Laval Group. The job will include internal as well as external contacts - you will work in close collaboration with trademark attorneys, the market companies, renewal agents and registration offices.


Main responsibilities

-To ensure formal document are prepared and duly filed and that renewal payments are made in time.
-To update data and information in physical files and in databases in relation to trademark registrations
-To administer budget and cost follow up for renewal related matters.
-To participate in organizing and creating work routines for the renewal department.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to be a professional, experienced and team oriented individual with high integrity. Furthermore you have the ability to work
pro-actively with set targets.

As a person you are accurate, always delivering with high quality, and you take pride in providing timely service and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

We believe that the successful candidate have completed a secondary education and have documented experience in working with trademark renewals or patent annuities for mimimum of three years. You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office and other administrative tools and you are familiar with working with IP management software. Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal, and any additional language skills e.g Spanish or Chinese are a plus.
