We are looking for a Traditional-Media Manager for all brands Bosch, Siemens and Neff in the Nordics.

YOUR TASKS
Along with the Media Agency, to define the overall media strategy for the so-called Traditional Media (TV, radio, outdoor, print) for the Nordics.
The only touching point with the Media Agency. To make certain the relation is constructive and efficient for both parties. To ensure the budget is efficiently invested, minimizing the operative costs.
With the inputs of Brand Managers and the Digital Media Manger, too set the traditional-media plan for each campaign for the brands Bosch, Siemens and Neff. After each campaign, to measure its performance according to a set of KPIs and to outline learnings and corrections for further campaigns. BSH runs these surveys internally.
To ensure each BSH brand maximizes its budget according to the yearly goals.
When needed, to run pre-campaign surveys to estimate the fitting of each campaign to the Nordic audience and to suggest the needed adaptations. BSH runs these surveys internally.
To measure on a monthly bases the brand performance indicators (first choice, brand awareness, brand profile). BSH runs these surveys internally.
To manage a multi-million EUR budget according to the BSH brand strategy. To coordinate strategies and to balance budgets in coordination with the Digital Media Manager and with the Brand Managers. With the support of a Financial Controller, to manage the yearly media budget, ensuring all is invested, without overspending. To adjust the plan to the changes in the budget during the year.

YOUR PROFILE
Some years of experience in traditional media in the Nordics. Either on a Media Agency, or managing the media strategy for a brand in the Nordics.
Deep knowledge of the media landscape in at least one Nordic country, and ideally some media experience in all the Nordic countries.
Fluent in English. Fluent in a  Nordic language (ideally Swedish) is also valuable.
This is a technical position with a strong reasonability in both short and long term, so you need to have good analytical skills and strategy thinking.
Your decisions will also affect other managers in different positions, so it’s important you know how to pitch your ideas and to bring together the team behind these. For this reason, team work and flexibility is also required.

This position is based in Stockholm and reports directly to the Nordic Marketing Director.
Ideally starting date: as soon as possible. This is a permanent position.
