Role Highlights:
As a Damage Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing costs through efficient management of insurance claims and traffic damage flows. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Skillfully managing traffic damage administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Coordinating with subcontractors when necessary, maintaining smooth operations
Interacting with insurance companies on behalf of our valued customers
Thoughtfully documenting critical information, ensuring comprehensive records
Handling invoicing tasks with precision and attention to detail
Facilitating effective communication between project/sales and service teams

Every day as a Damage Coordinator will bring new challenges and exciting opportunities. Your day may include:
Investigating and resolving new traffic damages, showcasing your problem-solving skills
Responding promptly and professionally to incoming emails and calls, providing exceptional customer service
Reporting and analyzing the status of various traffic damages, utilizing data to drive improvements
Utilizing Excel to manage backlogs and KPIs, contributing to efficient workflows
Timely invoicing of approved claims, ensuring seamless financial transactions
Collecting and organizing essential documentation, maintaining a streamlined workflow

Who Are We Looking For?
To thrive in this role, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, coupled with a genuine interest in technology and people
Strong administrative background, complemented by excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Swedish and understanding of Norwegian, along with proficient English language skills
