We are looking for a trainee who wants to make a difference and wants to be part of our exciting journey ahead as one of the industry’s leading player. As a trainee you will play an important part in securing Swegon’s future development. If that sounds interesting, keep reading.

About the role
As a trainee you will be a part of our Organisational- and Brand Development department which consists of the functions HR, Sustainability, Knowledge Center, Marketing and Compensation & Benefits. You will work globally. Work location is flexible.

During the trainee period you will run various improvement- and development projects within the organization. The projects can be within different business areas or in the same, depending on your interest and competence and our business needs. The idea of running projects in different business areas is to provide an holistic perspective in order to really get to know the organisation.

The scope of the program is 1-2 years and there will be great opportunity for you to influence how your assignments will look.

The ability to build strong collaborations and understand the importance of listening is of great importance. All this while keeping in mind; people, planet, profit.

You are driven, committed and take responsibility for your work and deliveries. Furthermore, you have a university degree within relevant field and both speak and write fluent English.
