What you will do
You will actively develop and grow our Professional fleet sales through B2B sales for large accounts. This includes:


Sales planning, acquisition of new professional customers, conversion of their portfolio into Husqvarna Fleet Management to increase the share of wallet
providing accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM system on each Pro customer. This includes annual sales target and activity plan per customer, and detailed customer data about size, revenue, employees fleet and purchase budget
Cooperate with the Regional PRO Sales Manager regarding the Pro Accounts in his/her region to secure full transparency and collaboration at the country level
Taking responsibility for processes, issues and questions for each customer. Work with all steps of the sales process: open, investigate present, confirm and position
Driving your own development further and gain experience in a wide variety of areas
Being an active part of our Global Trainee community and help create a cross-divisional and international network

As a Trainee Business Development – Fleet Sales you will be part of our international team and mainly be based in Central South Europe Region (Netherlands / France / Germany / UK).
Your passion is developing our Professional fleet sales and working with all steps in the sales cycle. You have strong social skills to work together with internal and external stakeholders. You are flexible, curious, able to multitask and creative with a high drive for.
You have


a Business or Sales Bachelor degree
excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
experience in working with Microsoft Office as well as Project and Presentation Skills
strong networking and relationship competency
the will to travel
less than 3 years of working experience
