Trainee: Junior Business Controller- Recruitment

Internt på våra kontor i Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Örebro och Linköping jobbar cirka 200 heltidsanställda. Securitas Direct AB is currently present in nine European countries, offering alarm equipment, 24-hour monitoring and alarm intervention services for homes and small businesses. The complete alarm-to-response concept includes installation and customer services, technical maintenance and call-out services. It is a fast growing dynamic company. Securitas Direct AB are now looking for two trainees for their Business Control Department in Linköping. The program is an "on the job training". The trainee will get work-experience from Finance, Sales and Operation in order to understand, evaluate and follow up the business in Securitas Direct AB. During the program the trainee will be connected to and receive support from a Mentor. Moreover, the trainee will be responsible to drive projects through the program. The trainee period will be up to two years and will include international meetings. After the period the trainee will be placed in a company within the Securitas Direct Group, locally or abroad. A Bachelor degree in Finance and Business Administration is required. Furthermore, good Excel and MS Office skills are required. You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Swedish as well as in English. You are a performance-oriented person with problem-solving and analysis skills.
