Volvo Aero develops and produces components for commercial aero, military aero and rocket engines with a high technology content, in cooperation with the world's leading aerospace companies. Service and maintenance represent an increasing proportion of operations in this area. Volvo Aero offers an extensive range of services, including maintenance, repair and overhaul of aero engines and industrial gas turbines, sales of spare parts for aero engines and aircraft as well as sales and leasing of complete engines and aircraft. At Volvo Aero you will be given the chance to work at the forefront of the aerospace industry. In addition you will be given the possibility to develop within a company that is large enough to enable us to collaborate with many of the leading companies in the industry, but small enough for your role in the company to be significant. As a candidate you should be interested in working with product and production development, purchasing, logistics or quality and have the desire to take on a possible role as a leader in the future. Qualifications: . Fairly recent completed master degree in engineering (180 p) within the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering or a similar education . Well developed interpersonal skills and experience of some form of leadership . A high standard of English and Swedish, both written and spoken We presume that all applicants will be able to travel during the program and will be able to stay abroad for approximately four months. We also need candidates with good social skills in order to take initiatives and maximize the learning experiences from networking, training and job rotation.
