Job Duties:
During the traineeship you will have the opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally! You will get to know BillerudKorsnäs business, the people and what it means to live the company´s core values. It is primarily aimed at recent engineering graduates and other graduates to departments for technical sales, maintenance, production/process, development, operational excellence and logistic and other graduates suitably qualified for current needs such as HR, Business Intelligence and Forestry.

The Trainee programme is designed to build a strong base for personal and professional success. It will be based on a perspective of internationalisation and will allow participants scope for personal development, in which abilities and skills are put to the test to challenge accepted pattern. BillerudKorsnäs will support you to reach goals and identify actions that will help facilitate your development during the Trainee programme. As a trainee with BillerudKorsnäs you will be given responsibility from day one and a position within your department where you will learn important functional skills to help you immerse yourself in some of our business units and succeed within your key area of interest.

As a Trainee within Maintenance and Development at Gruvön, you will work proactively to secure the performance of the machines and the equipment of the production units. You will often work in teams on various improvement projects. You will be responsible for production stops and technical maintenance, both planned and un-planned. Analyzing and problem-solving is a key factor in this role. You will get the chance to eventually contribute with new and creative ideas that lead BillerudKorsnäs to operate the most efficient, transparent and reliable maintenance force in the industry.

Requirements:
- Recent graduate within engineering in electronics, power, automation or mechanics

- Highly motivated, committed and responsible team players
