What does a Trainer do?

The trainer is responsible for the training of our employees. As a trainer you will be responsible to provide new hire training and continuous education as well as developing and updating training material. As a trainer you will also work with identifying knowledge gaps and come up with suggestions on how to cover these.

 

You will assist projects in training and developing their employees and the mission will be performed through use of process that will ensure consistency in our approach and application of training. In the role as a trainer you also need to analyze and measure effectiveness of the training programs as well as to improve both individual and team performance. This means coaching and mentoring our employees. As a trainer you are responsible of equipment and inventory and to ensure quality of training and skill re-verification.  

 

Who do we look for?

Former experience from working with training and competence development will be appreciated. A technical interest as well as a positive attitude towards Samsung products and brand is important in the role as a trainer. This also means to have a broad and deep technical knowledge and interest to learn more and also to have the ability to understand and solve technical problems. You will be able to have excellent English skills, both verbally and written, due to the fact that we have a Nordic staff and not all of them speak Swedish. In the role as a trainer you will need to be service minded, professional and have excellent pedagogical skills. To be a good team player, a careful listener and an ability to be easily understood will help you in the role as a trainer.
