Arbetsbeskrivning

Within the Strategic Marketing department you will work directly with local sales organisations on a global basis, mainly by organising and running user trainings on deployed CRM processes and tools.

You have an important task in making local organisations aware of the benefits they can gain from adapting to the global tools. In addition you will have an important role as an interface between the business development team and the markets to support the process and system evolution.


Utbildning/Erfarenhet

- University degree or equivalent, post graduate business qualification desirable

- Fluent in English

- Experience in working within the CRM area. Siebel/Oracle and Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus
2-3 years working experience within marketing and sales organisation

- Excellent training, presentation and people skills
Networking abilities that allow you to ensure continuous knowledge sharing
