Trainer Technical Service

To our Global Technical Service Training team that is located at our HQ in Helsingborg, Sweden, we are now looking for you that have a positive mindset and strong personal drive and who likes to work in an international operative role. We offer you a challenging and developing position where you will focus on technical training and you will work in a very international environment with contact and interaction with colleagues and customers around the world.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Conduct on-site and on-line technical training courses on customer production sites on our Ecolean Filling Line equipment for both our own Service technicians and for our customers production and technical service personnel.
Develop and update training material.
Audit and analyze the knowledge development needs of our Global Technical Service organization as well as of our customer personnel.
Support our regional Training specialists.

Additional work tasks will be:
Work with subject matter experts to identify additional target audience and training needs and together design and produce the training material needed.
Design and develop interactive e-learning modules.
Shape and develop new approaches to training.

Knowledge and skills
Technical knowledge of preferably Ecolean filling line equipment or similar equipment.
It is an advantage if you have educational experience and / or experience of developing training materials.
strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Good communication skills and social capabilities are of high importance.
Ability to travel internationally an estimated of 50 to 75 working days per year
Fluent in English language both in speaking and in writing. Additional language skills will be considered a merit
