Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively leading deployment of Training Services Portfolio in line with competence development requirements from customers and Services Field Force.
You will support one or several market areas to develop customer and field force competence through individual development plans and methodologies to continuously improve internal competence, customer experience and Tetra Pak business performance.
What you will do
· Support building up the integrated Strategic Field Force Plan, proactively drive it, and lead the resource capacity and capability development, together with CSO Directors based on market needs
· Together with Service Delivery Managers, create a long-term competence development plan, including learning and certification, for Service Engineers and Instructors. Support field force career development
· Together with Market Operations Account team, create a strategy around customer training delivery and capture medium and long terms needs.
· Secure the timely delivery and completion of market capability plan for internal and external customers.
· Capture training development needs and improvement needs from both internal and external and provide feedback to NGSO, understand talent development trends, engage in training development projects and support pilots and new product deployments
· Lead the consistent application of global standards and processes during competence development aligned with IDP
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Business Expert, trainer, coach in a business process
· Highly skilled in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting & dashboard creation
· Experience in budgeting and forecasting process, as well as stablishing systematic business pulsing routines
· Experience in end-to-end training delivery process, face-to-face and virtual sessions
· Experience interacting and managing customers, suppliers, and diverse types of stakeholders in multiple levels
· Experience supporting users in process and tools
· Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A high level of proficiency in English, both oral and written is required.
