About the position:

In the role as a Training Component Coordinator you will be responsible to support the team with stakeholder dialogues, requirements, producing training material, plan and perform demos and training activities, coaching UX champions across the company and updating the system after each launch.

We are looking for a Training Coordinator with experience as Business Analyst. You will be a part of the team that works with supporting continuous development and launch activities for the Design and Development Kits that form the Design system, as well as supporting design and developments teams in the Company.

As a Training Coordinator the expectation is to create and edit content for training sessions, plan and carry out training sessions, manage communication and update web sites, as well as perform coaching of our UX Champions. You will also have a role as a Business Analyst and support the overall deliveries in gathering requirement, documentation and performing reviews.



Who are we looking for?

Since you will work in a team you need to be a real teamplayer. You are creative and have an eye for the small details. You have the ability to condense content in a concise and understandable format for audience and also the ability to switch gears due to the demand of the business in order to meet new deadlines. As a person you are self-organized and highly motivated with a positive and can-do attitude.

Requriements for the position is also:

* Experience of project management in planning and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
* Content creation of training material and training sessions.
* Requirements gathering, breakdown and documentation.
* Highly proficient in writing, editing and proofreading.
* Experience from business analysis.
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office.

Desired experience:

* Interest in or experience of UX Design and/or Front End Development
* Experience in Agile way of working and Scrum.
* Figma, Azure DevOps and Confluence
