Training Content Designer

Expertinfo AB consists of consultants with extensive experience in all areas of technical documentation, publication systems and general language services:

* Technical communictors

* Plain language consultants
* illustrators, etc?

Our customers are mid size to large international companies in a broad spectrum of industries.

Now we are seeking a native English speaking technical communicator for one of our customers.

Assignment:
* Producing/designing new technical information, and updating existing documents in internal systems
* Production of text and illustrations are an important part of this procedure
* Production of material regarding new products and functionality (usually in the form of PowerPoint presentations) to be released to international companys sales force.
* The production of e-learning material for training purposes.
* English proof-reading of all created training material
* Controlling the translation process of documents into different languages via translation bureau

Desired experience:
* >5 years experience as technical communicator
* Online interactive training (e-learning)
* Illustrations
* XML-based writing

Tools:
Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
e-learning tols
Adobe Creative Suite
XML-system

Skills:
Project management, native English-speaker; very good written and spoken Swedish.

Personal characteristics:
As a technical communicator you are required to have a pedagogical approach to documentation and information handling. You should be able to work both individually and as part of a team, in a decisive, tactful and diplomatic way, while leading projects to a successful conclusion. We are looking for a native English speaker. Communication skills in Swedish are essential, and the ability to cope with periodic stress is an admirable asset.
