About the position
As Learning Content Developer you will work in the Global Operations team where you will have a creative and collaborative role within Talent Development.
You will design and develop digital learning bits, such as micro learnings, videos, guides, and infographics but also training material for F2F sessions. This also includes collaboration with team members, subject matter experts and other stakeholders. Your focus will be to create world-class learning experiences to accelerate performance in Customer Care Operations.
What you’ll do
• Design, produce and deliver engaging and interactive learning content in web-based and instructor-led formats, including outcomes assessment to measure output from the effort.
• Understand business needs and translate learning and development theory into practical and meaningful interventions that resonates within the organization.
• Drive learning production projects for their entire lifecycle, from planning through post-launch.
• Build and leverage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver learning content in complex, global projects.
• Identify, promote, and implement strategies to improve learning content development in terms of workflow, ways of working and team efficiency.
• Stay abreast of trends in automotive, adult education, and learning industries.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate has experience from all parts of a digital learning creation process, from business need to learning experience. However, for us your personality, curiosity, and willingness to learn new things are more important than anything else.
Most importantly you are passionate about people growth and digital content creation. You have experience from working with digital content creation such as video creation, animation or learning tools such as Articulate 360, Illustrator and PowerPoint. You have Project managemen and great communication skills; to take something complex and convert it in an easy and fun way, motivates you. We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Communication or similar, or some type of formal education in digital content creation.
You need to be Fluent in English, verbal and written.
To be successful in this role you are organized, driven and pedagogical, you have a positive “can do” attitude and see opportunities in solving tasks. Collaborate with colleagues and work across organizational borders comes naturally for you and you have experience from managing tasks where digital components are key for delivery. We believe you can transform complex business materials to fun, nimble and easy digestible learning experiences.
