Service Nordics is responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind power plants in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. We are characterised by an open culture where cooperation and good communication are the prerequisites for doing a good job. Each member of the Service Administration & Controlling team offers their own skillset to ensure local efficiencies are maintained and alignment to other Vestas SUB’s is met. The Training Coordinator will support the business and Vestas profitable growth by coordinate, plan and follow up on all training/education and introduction plans for employees within Service Region in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be communicating with internal stakeholders both within and outside the service unit as well as external suppliers and authorities.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will be:
Alert managers on the expiry date of certificates and plan new trainings accordingly
Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external training requests and inquiries
Serves as the registrar for all technical and safety training, keeping up-to-date course schedules, participant lists, related logistics and training forecast for Service SE + FI rolling 18 months.
Coordinates on-site and off-site training events
Support all aspects of day-to-day facility operation, including payment of monthly bills
Track and monitor vendor invoices and expenses
Has an up-to-date overview of all performed and planned trainings and is able to deliver this upon request
Has insight and overview of the financial impact of trainings and can produce a costing estimate upon request
Qualifications
Several years of work experience within fix planning, coordination or logistics or a related degree
Experience from an industrial industry is a requirement
Good in English and Swedish language both written and orally
Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge is meritorious
Driving license since some traveling will be necessary

Additional information
