Training Coordinator

Are you the one that will take our training concept to the next level? Would you like to play a major role and have impact on the organization’s reputation, objectives and future businesses? In this role, you’ll will be organizing and leading both internal and give support to external trainings. We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Grid & Power Quality Solution´s team within the Hitachi ABB Power Grids, operating a global business out of our office in Västerås, Sweden.
You will be part of the Engineering team and you will interact cross functionally in the organization. You will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe, since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them.
Your responsibilities
Identify company’s needs of training
Support in the preparation, communication and development of new trainings
Define training catalogue and prepare customized trainings
Organize and coordinate trainings, focused on internal training for our colleagues and giving support for external training for our customers, when needed
Produce training material
Align content and make sure to have the right trainer to perform the training
Organize the payments and invoices for the trainings

Your background
You hold a degree from university in pedagogics, administration, psychology, marketing, communication engineering, or other relevant education
More than 2 years of experience from training
Experience with formatting and preparing training material
Experience with engineering-technical trainings will be considered added value
Have the right attitude and good communication skills, both with people from inside and outside of the organization
As person you are driven, well organized, communicative and has a passion for training and developing people
Able to influence managers and colleagues at all levels of the organization
Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required
