Job Summary:


The Training Delivery Manager is owning the regional training planning process (ESK) and regional planning for applicable market areas connected to the training center.
Responsible for managing training administration in relation to courses conducted in training centers, such as enrolments, lunches, machine availability, etc.
The training delivery manager also support dealers in competence coaching and able to analyze dealer competence structure and give professional support to dealer competence strategy.


Main Tasks:


Sales Region Europe & International Responsibilities:
Support driving the development of competencies in the distribution network by proactively coaching dealers
Understand dealer´s requirements at present and in future to consolidate needs and requirements
Forecast, plan and execute regional trainings
Co-ordination of trainer resources including other functions within region (e.g. regional product managers) within area of responsibility
Seeks dealer feedback in close collaboration with Quality Assurance & Communication Manager and provide findings to organization
Own and manage the regional planning process (ESK)
Support dealers with competence planning
Coordinate training machine needs with the Marketing dept.
Manage all trainings in the training center
Training fees/ invoice preparation and follow-up
Order management (EBD/SAP) e.g. components and tools needed for training based on input from trainers

Strong dealer/customer business understanding
Is a great communicator and capable of liaising at the highest level of credibility supported by excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work self sufficiently
Strong capability of utilizing digital collaboration tools to reduce complexity and increase work efficiency (Office 365)
Is experienced at prioritizing conflicting requirements
Is organized, structured, persuasive and determined
Professional attitude and demonstrates the Volvo Values

Required knowledge & experience:
Is organized, structured, persuasive and determined
Good understanding of adult learning theory and practice
Strong experience in utilizing technology to drive improvements
Strong customer focus being entrepreneurial by nature combined with an understanding of Volvo key processes and the organization
Has experience with data privacy or data security-related topics
Complete proficiency in English
French/Arabic/Swedish/German language depending on location
Ability and willingness to travel as required
