Right now, we’re looking for a Training Developer to join our team in Svedala, a position where you drive your own projects and content – developing learnings mainly for our Service Technicians globally.

Your mission
In this position you work with optimization and standardization within training and content development and are responsible for the implementation and start-up phase of the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with Sandvik IT and other stakeholders. You perform LMS content maintenance and its development, in a cross-functional collaboration with the training team and additional content providers. You convert future content with Adobe Captivate and further develop and share content and functionality in alliance with other Sandvik Business Units.
For this job you’re based in Svedala, Sweden. However, we offer you a hybrid working location where you have the opportunity to work from home or other location a couple of days a week. Travel may occur.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a degree within a relevant field of studies, or equivalent knowledge gained from working. You have experience from training and learning development and knowledge within Learning Management Systems (LMS). If you also have experience from change management, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Learning Manager it’s a plus. As we operate in a global setting, excellent written and verbal skills in English are required. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
