We are looking for an English-speaking Training Lead - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role
As a Training Lead on our team, you will:
- Prepare and provide trainings on call handling, sales techniques
- Create & update training schedule
- Deliver trainings for new starters, upskill, product launches and system changes
- Provide written feedback of each trainee to the Team Leads after training completion
- Collect feedback from trainees 2 weeks after training to discover possible improvement points
- Liaise on a regular basis with SV and KU to ensure that training needs are met on the floor
- Be the point of contact for all training related matters
- Liaise with other departments for any additional training needed
- Identify areas of improvement and provide structured and timely recommendations (verbal and/or written)
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

- Habe strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can easily transmit enthusiasm and positive energy
- Poses a high level of knowledge regarding HP products and networks.
