Take on the challenge to coordinate and develop our customer training offer! Network Control has customers from around the globe that regularly participate in training. If you enjoy interacting with people and thrive to be the spider in the web the role as training manager offers you this. You will coordinating and planning students, facilities, training material, equipment, teachers etc. In addition, the training manager will work with our global organization to further develop our existing offer and plan for new types of training offers.
We welcome you in a team in the global organization with people for many cultures and locations. We collaborate without borders to fulfill our customer needs.
Your responsibilities
Plan and coordinate trainings for customers
Keep an eye on a budget and cost calculations for training
Development of methods and processes
Business improvement for our training offer
Coordinate globally with other training managers in Network Control

Your background
You have a gymnasium or similar kind of education
Skilful in Office IT tools, SharePoint
Fluent in English
You enjoy interaction with people, whether it is a colleague from inside of the organisation, or customer/consultant from the outside
Solution oriented and good skills in problem solving
