Saab business area Dynamics is growing and there is an increasing need for technical advanced weaponry and autonomous vehicles. Technical training is required as a step in commissioning and integration of our products. As a Training Manager, you will work within the IPS (Integrated Product Support) organisation of Saab Dynamics.

Your role

The Training Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and stabilisation of training programs to support competence development within the customer's organisation. This includes overall ownership of all aspects of training strategy, including stakeholder management, curriculum design, measurement strategy, and program design for the programs you support.

Due to our broad customer base, travels within Sweden and abroad will occur.

Main tasks:

* To conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine competence gaps and development needs in the organisations
* To work closely with the development team, partners and external vendors to ensure that the training we provide - online, in person, or otherwise - are world class
* To plan and organise training programs
* To administer training programs

Your profile

We believe that you are an open and outgoing person who can easily cooperate within both small and large projects. You have well developed communication skills which helps you connect with people in a professional way. You have the ability to grasp technical information, revise and mediate it in an easy way. You have an eye for details, and a sense of what needs to be done in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

Desired skills and experiences

* Post-secondary education or equivalent
* Previous work experience from teaching or technical training
* Understanding of different ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) elements
* Military Service

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of a team that provides technical information within the Development Unit of Saab Dynamics. The unit is located in Linköping and Karlskoga, but your main workplace will be in Linköping.
