We are looking for a Training Officer for our Stockholm facility As a Training Officer you will plan, develop and produce training activities according to RCS?s global training program. This means working closely with different RCS Customers and Functions to identify their training needs with respect to RCS products. As well as Initiate, create and lead the implementation of training tools and processes. You will also provide operational support to the manager for RCS Training Academy and Division?s Learning & Development function. KEY RESULT AREAS: - Design product training, for both external and internal use, together with subject matter experts. - Deliver product training where required. - Review training/presentation material and other documents, e.g. manuals, descriptions etc - Produce internal training quotations according company bid processes. - Train, advice, mentor and assist trainers. - Liaison with the customer to a) identify skill gaps; b) deliver training to meet project requirements. - Advise customers where evidence of competence is required and how this can best be demonstrated. - Advise on availability of external training. - Support RCS functions and projects in training issues. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Good knowledge of field installation work. - Experience and very good knowledge in training and training design. - Educated to degree level or equivalent. - Experience/knowledge of the railway industry. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: - Experience and very good knowledge of signaling installation work. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation. - Methodical approach, excellent analytical skills, attention to details. - Very good computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso, Lotus Notes etc. - Customer focused. - Innovation and flexible in the search for solutions. - Fluency in English. - Ability to handle stress. - Self motivated with good time management skills.
