Human Factors Department expands at Entry Point North!Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training.The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e.Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers.Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.At Entry Point North we work in an environment with a high tempo where each day is unique.To be successful in this position you will have to work according to our values, be brave, responsible, innovative and openminded. The Human Factors Department is a line function divided in two areas; recruitment (search, test and selection) of students and education in Human Factors.Due to an ever increasing number of complex human-machine interfaces in Air Traffic Management, as well as in other safety-critical organizations, and the understanding of errors causing accidents and incidents there is a clear demand and need for continuous Human Factors training.In order to meet the need of the market, EPN expands the business area of Human Factors. Training Specialist in Human Factors The main tasks are to lecture courses in Human Factors for Air Traffic Controllers and Pilots and other operators in safety-critical organisations, supervise and manage training in accordance with company manuals and to supervise and manage participants of the various courses.The position also entails prepararation, developing teaching material and to supervise preparations made by others.You also need to ascertain the training material is up to the required standard and to make suggestions on improvements of the processes and activities.Qualifications You have an academic degree or comparable within the Human Factors field preferably in combination with an operational experience from safety-critical organizations.Alternatively you have a background as Air Traffic Controller.You need to be experienced in the role as a teacher.You are fluent in English and have good computer skills.As a person you are structured and you like to organise and take responsibility for things that needs to be done.
