Through collaboration in a developing and coaching environment where we make use of all competencies, we make a difference. Come join our Transaction Services team!
We work with financial due diligence and other transaction advisory services especially in connection with acquisitions and divestments for our Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Our analyses focus on understanding and analysing the development of the most important value drivers in the target company, establishing the true underlying historical results and cash flows, and evaluating a company's ability to reach its forecast - all for the purpose of producing relevant financial data and views as a basis for a transaction.
We work primarily with the largest Nordic and global Private Equity companies and large industrial companies both in Sweden and globally. The work also involves a lot of international contacts within the framework of PwC's global network.
A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.
As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.
