Transfer Pricing Manager

We now have an exciting opening at Saab for the role as Transfer Pricing Manager, who will play an important part in the finance team supporting Saab on its journey towards becoming a multi-domestic company. This role is key to further developing the transfer pricing operations at Saab!

Your role

As the Transfer Pricing Manager, you will have a strategic key responsibility for enhancing the transfer pricing related policies and processes within the Global Saab Group. The role entails tasks such as:

* Working with the process of setting, approving, and testing transfer prices
* Developing the transfer pricing related policies and processes for the group
* Financial analysis in relation to supply chain and transfer pricing issues in different projects
* Supporting group companies solving various ad hoc issues relating to transfer pricing
* Working with transfer pricing documentation and related issues
* Handling contacts with tax authorities in transfer pricing audits and litigations
* Becoming a member that will actively contribute to further set up and develop the tax team and work towards a tax function in the forefront

Your profile

To be successful and thrive in this role, you are a person with strong analytical skills together with a solid financial understanding and awareness. Your skill to flourish in a team environment as well as work independently describes you well. You enjoy working towards fulfilling agreed targets, with the ability to propose, drive and implement improvements and the development of the transfer pricing function. You need to be highly collaborative as you work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners at all levels of the organization from different parts of the world. You also have a high level of accountability and commitment.

Other important skills for this role:

* University degree in Law / Finance or equivalent
* Minimum 7 years relevant work experience from tax and transfer pricing for example at the tax department of an audit firm or at a multinational group of companies
* Strong business acumen and integrity
* Strong IT-skills and excellent knowledge of excel
* Knowledge in accounting
* Knowledge of finance processes and systems
* Excellent skills in written and verbal communication in both Swedish and English

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will be part of the Group Tax team within the Group Finance organisation, reporting directly to the Head of Group Tax. Group Tax has the overall responsibility for direct and indirect taxes and consists of six tax professionals and one entity management coordinator. The role is based in Linköping or Stockholm.
