Description

The client is now looking for a Transformation Analyst/Agile Project Manager/ Change Management Specialist.

Role definition:

- Analytical mindset and a high capacity for conceptual thinking; ability to develop long-term strategies
- Combining detail-orientation with pragmatic delivery work style; creative and effective problem-solving skills
- Skilled in working with multiple operative stakeholders from different areas with varying degrees of data literacy
- Hands-on working style and comfortable in an environment where inductive reasoning and adapting based on learning is the norm
- Self-starter working independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Background in project management or (IT) consulting related to technology or data transformations, at intersection of business and tech
- 3+ years professional experience in related field preferred, ideally in tech companies, start-ups, or tech departments of larger companies
- Experience with program development and project management by developing implementation strategies and adopt organizational changes
- Strong understanding of people aspect in transformative settings
