To enable this new IKEA, we lead several change programes – transformations – and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our Transformation Communications Team. This person will, through change communication, support different parts of the business through these exciting times! This is a temporary role for two years with a possibility of extension.

For this role you will need to bring the following:
Experience in professional communication work.
Ability to translate strategic business decisions into clear and inspiring. communication plans, messages, and material.
Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to shift focus from strategic to tactical to practical tasks.
Strong emotional and social intelligence.
Fluent English skills, spoken and written.
Experience in change communication and the retail world is a plus.
A day in your life with us
In this position your overall scope is to support and enable successful transformations through world-class communications. You will coach and support leaders and co-workers in strategic and/or change communication while understanding the receiver's perspective and the complexity of change. You contribute to our open and sharing climate, always being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged, and empowered.
This means that you will:
Be responsible for supporting change communication in one or more areas.
Be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and following up on relevant communication material.
Ensure alignment with key stakeholders, as well as the overall Ingka Business Transformation agenda.
Collaborate closely with communication colleagues in different countries throughout IKEA, other global communication teams as well as Centres of Expertise

About Transformation Communications Team
You will belong to team of 13 enthusiastic and ambitious transformation communicators, who love doing things together. We lead and secure an aligned, coordinated, and synchronized Business Transformation Communication across Ingka Group.
We work in a hybrid environment, with all the tools needed, and many colleagues are located in different countries. But since we think magic happens when we are together in our vibrant office – Hubhult in Malmö – most of our time is spent there.
