We offer you
As a Transformational Lead at Kappahl, your main responsibility is to significantly improve the chances of a successful transformation of implementing our strategy in our day-to-day operations.

In this position, the main areas of responsibilities are to develop strategies, structures, and way of working within change management to ensure efficient use of resources to implement new systems successfully and to achieve business goals. You will work cross functional in close collaboration with enabling functions, line organization, project organization, partners, and process organization with the aim to:

-Ensure efficient and optimal provision of IT/digital services to the business

-Ensure that the processes are efficient and scalable

-Ensure competence and conditions for the execution of the processes

You will plan and lead the work within change management in accordance to time plan, scope and deadlines from projects and roadmap. Initially appr. half of your time will be focused within ERP project.

Your profile
We believe that you have a university education within a relevant field and that you have previous experiences of leading change management preferably in the tech arena. You should have the knowledge of large-scale operational and organizational change work. It is important that you have deep understanding of change management strategies and techniques and how people go through a change and the change process.

You have strong leadership qualities and skills appropriate to a senior management position including the management, development and motivation of both teams and individuals to inspire and secure high performance on common goals. You are strongly self-motivated bringing credibility, energy, resilience and commitment. You are result driven and are good in motivating others to participate in change. We believe that you are a flexible and adaptable team player who can collaborate with, and through others.
