You are a true business navigator with project mgm skills who appreciate the mix of strategic/conceptual, tactical and operational thinking. You are used to work in complex projects/organisations and are ready to bring your excellent stakeholder mgm skills into IKEA Group Digital and its vibrant and changing environment. You are already known as an excellent communicator.


Experience from enterprise architecture and digital transformations will come in good hand. As always, we are looking for someone who can identify themselves with the IKEA culture and values.


You know how different parts of a matrix organisation are connected and know how to drive your agenda in a complex environment. You have an understanding of organisational dynamics and structure.


We believe you can demonstrate following skills and experiences:
• 5 years from navigating businesses
• High knowledge in project management
• Understanding of change implementation in multicultural work environment
• Good knowledge of different project methodologies and agile ways of working
• At least basic knowledge of business transformations, business models and business integrations


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of a team that coordinates and secures the development and implementation of business transformation activities. You will work closely with your senior transformation leader and transformation analysts.


As transformation leader, you drive change by partnering up with senior business leaders and making sure that different areas of the organisation are aligned. This includes day to day tasks as:


• Coach, inspire and support leaders and co-workers in the transformation into the new, while understanding and respecting the complexity of change from a receiver point of view
• Enable change both in the known and in the unknown, supporting the change processes with relevant dialogues and consistent communications
• Follow up on progress and performance of transformation activities
• Secure related dependencies and achievement of committed key results
• Work across and coordinate functions across Group Digital, other parts of Ingka and Inter IKEA Systems.

We are enabling a successful digital transformation by leading transformation activities within Group Digital and across the IKEA value chain. We ensure that we have a fit for purpose organisation and operation model to fulfil the business and the digital strategy. We enable the organisation to transform by leading, coordinating and supporting transformation activities.
