Transformation Leader - Group Sustainability

Who you are
We are looking for a purpose lead leader for the Sustainability Transformation team at the Hubhult Office in Malmö, reporting to the Sustainability Transformation Manager. You will be a key player in delivering to our purpose to balancing economic growth and positive social impact with environmental protection and regeneration.
To be successful in this role, you have:
• Excellent knowledge of how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspects into the business with the purpose to generate growth within the limits of the planet
• Excellent knowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in Ingka
• Broad understanding on how to lead with a systems thinking approach across eco-systems to drive sustainable transformation
• A proven track record of interdependent leadership skills – you can lead business agendas across organisations collaboratively with external stakeholders, delivering results through others
• Minimum 7 years of senior experience from working with business transformation and or managing bigger complex business development projects in Ingka
What you'll be doing day to day
As Transformation Leader, you will be responsible to support the transformation of Ingka Group into a People & Planet Positive organisation by facilitating the integration of sustainability leadership and competence across the Ingka businesses, and securing processes, ways of working and roles & responsibilities for sustainability leadership throughout Ingka.
More specifically, you will:
• Ensure an accelerated delivery of the People & Planet Positive objectives by securing the continuous development and integration of the total People & Planet Positive strategic direction throughout all Ingka businesses.
• Keep together a 3-year holistic transformation plan, ensuring we turn the strategy into action and enables Ingka to deliver to the People & Planet Positive 2030 ambitions and goals.
• Provide expertise, knowhow, tools and training that empowers others to lead effectively and deliver to the People & Planet Positive strategic objectives in respective businesses.
• Be a supportive and critical partner to the business, identifying risks and opportunities, and clarifying expectations based on agreed roadmaps and plans.
• Together with the Performance team- monitor the performance, identify gaps in and hold respective functions responsible.
• Define and anchor ways of working, roles and responsibilities and processes to maximise the benefits of interdependent leadership with key functions.
• Act as a knowledge builder between Group Sustainability and the Ingka businesses to secure the right level of competence needed to enable the business to take on transformational leadership.
This role is located in Malmö, Sweden and report to the Sustainability Transformation Manager.
