About the position
You will be a part of Operational Excellence, a team working directly with supporting the transformation in our business by driving projects together with our business owners. You will build up and develop E.ONs Operational Excellence capabilities and implement a new business system. The team has 8 employees with a strong team spirit. They have great trust in each other, are very committed to their work and use to have appreciated team-building activities together.
In your role as Senior Transformation Manager, you will support high-impact projects to drive performance results while transforming the culture at the same time. You will work closely with your team and the business owners and will actively support the executive leadership team and leaders in meeting business objectives and building the foundations to drive continuous, sustainable, performance improvement. Your responsibilities are:
* Directly support the transformation in the business by executing project work, building the capabilities within business and ensuring sustainable change.
* Build full buy-in of local team members at every step of the process by identifying and actively working to remove barriers to transformational change.
* Ensure and establish a continuous improvement culture in business by using tools and methods that help the organization to optimize their way of working and delivering results
* Implement a performance management culture and a process-driven mindset.
* Implement, teach and train tools/methods pertaining to Lean and other change methodologies.
* Performing data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Delivering trainings and workshops.
The role is located in Malmö and includes traveling, mainly within Sweden.
We are looking for
To be successful in the role, we think you have a relevant educational background and experience in business- and cultural transformation in large organizations. You are a solid change expert and have two or more years’ experience in Operational Excellence/Lean with hands-on experience of training and coaching others to support the development of new skills. It Is positive if you have been working with Operational Excellence as a Management Consultant, are certified in Six Sigma/Lean/LCS/LMI and/or have experience of working in production or manufacturing environments. You are fluent in English and Swedish.

You have a strong analytic mindset and capabilities and are able to handle issues with high strategic impact. You are business minded, structured and you always manage to be first in line to support and contribute to your stakeholders. You are passionate about change management, and with a trustworthy and forward looking way you find new ways of developing the business.
