About the department

Your position
In your role as Transformation Manager – EIS Nordic, you will facilitate the organizational and business transformation of EIS Nordic from a technology-focused organization towards a market -focused organization to ensure the EIS Nordic is future-proofed, but also realizes its significant growth potential. You will be an integral part of the Digital & Transformation team which empowers the change across the EIS organization.
This is a key role for the establishment and development of the new EIS organization and the role requires a strong cooperation with the new Commercial and Operations organizations, as well as departments outside of EIS Nordics.
Background & Skills
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience with project and change management together with good people and communication skills to drive changes. You also have the ability to understand the customer and business needs and translate them into concrete actions.
You are likely used to collaborate with others in to achieve your common goals. We believe that you have a curious mindset and are passionate about digitalisation and new ways of working.
