Job Summary
Would you like to be a strong strategic Transformation Manager to Tetra Pak Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) team in Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM)?
Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services, Real Estate/Workplace and Site Sustainability. The aim is to provide seamless, safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.
The purpose of this position is to be a professional and strategic transformation and change manager to Tetra Pak FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area.
The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with IFS Global Team and IFS Director towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.
This Full-Time position will be permanently based in Lund Sweden and operate globally. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions, also based in Sweden. You will be travelling up to a maximum of 10-20% % of the time.
What you will do
As a Transformation Manager Ensure global development and deployment of transformational change activities within Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS). You will also Drive change management project activities, ensuring optimization & standardization for global scaling in IFS service solutions. Strengthen the integration of collaborators supporting the business partners & stakeholders securing IFS service outcomes.
We believe you are
A Bachelor or Masters Graduate (or equivalent) in relevant field and working experience of driving change in complex organisations
You have proven leadership/Project management/portfolio management experience with senior stakeholder communication experience.
You have Business Transformation management experience implementing and managing continuous improvement.
You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and financial/commercial understanding, including CAPEX portfolio structure and management.

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder both internally and externally with global matrix organization experience. You have a very strong command of English both written and verbal. International experience in global/regional roles is a merit.
