Transformation Office Data Analyst

Seco Tools are about to go from good to great, and to accelerate the implementation of our new strategy, we’re now launching a company-wide program called Level Up! What you do
In this position, you’re a valuable team member in the Transformation Office where you prepare data analytics packages for individual audits in compliance with the audit methodology. As it’s a new position, you create and establish frameworks and processes. You support the Transformation Office and workstreams with insights from data and ensure consistent analysis across the whole transformation to secure overall success and value delivery. You also provide support in the required analysis and assist in driving the weekly cadence. Managing our tracking tool is an important part of your job and acting as our super-user you’re our point of contact for tracking tool queries. Throughout the transformation you carry out training of new users and features, business rules and processes, and you create and maintain support material connected to the tool. At the end of the day, it’s all about driving the overall tracking and planning to secure the best possible structure and outcome.
The location for this position is flexible on any of our Seco sites within Europe. Travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a university degree within the field. You have experience working with both large and small project administrations in international settings. You’re used to collect, structure, analyze and process different data and using analysis models and different tools, for example BI. If you also have super-user experience and are used to educate it’s a plus. Working in a truly global setting calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is beneficial.
You’re a true collaborator with excellent communication skills, and you hold a genuine desire to create team spirit and help us grow. You’re data-driven and comfortably keep presentations. With your structured and analytical mindset, you’re able to scan through a larger amount of information and spot the details, and you keep developing, both yourself and our organization.
