Transformation Office Project Managers

Seco Tools are about to go from good to great, and to accelerate the implementation of our new strategy, we’re now launching a company-wide program called Level Up! It’s an execution program to help us gain the focus and momentum needed to meet our long-term targets and ambitions. In line with this, we’ve also built a new department – the Transformation Office.
To support our new program, we’re currently looking for two experienced, confident and business-driven Transformation Office Project Managers. What you do
In this position, you support the workstreams with content, project management, removing bottlenecks and identifying new opportunities to ensure maximum value creation and timely delivery. As it’s a new position, you create and establish frameworks and processes. You support the workstreams in leading projects and ensure that they’re achieved on a timely manner, and you help secure required resources, budgets, risks and changes. You handle the pace of the work and keep workstream leaders accountable for actions and progress and act as a thought partner. To challenge the workstream leaders and initiative owners to think big and outside the box is important part of your job, you do this to secure an “all in and go big” approach throughout the transformation journey. On a day-to-day basis, you support and ensure rigorous transformation process management and support with project management and admin activities.
The location for this position is flexible between any of our Seco sites within Europe. Travel is a natural part of your job.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in a relevant field. Your previous assignments have made you a strong project leader with extensive project management, transformation and change management experience combined with an industry background. You also have experience from a similar role in a large company where you’ve worked in an international environment. Working globally, your English skills need to be great, verbally and in writing!
