Temporary assignment (6 months): Transformation Project Coordinator – Stockholm (Sweden)
Abstract
The Digital Product Organization is looking for a structured, outgoing and objective-oriented junior HR generalist to join as a Transformation Project Coordinator on a temporary assignment.
You will be part of the team that creates a brand new organization at Electrolux, the global Digital Product Organization. You will support their transformational agenda, with a focus on facilitating all people and organization related matters. During a regular week at work, you will:
Support the various dimensions of the creation of our new Digital Product Organization: Change Management, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition and Employer of Choice, Talent Management & Learning, Job Architecture & Rewards, Master Data and practical setup of the organization
Support Electrolux to become recognized and relevant on the digital talent market
Support the attraction of candidates, help with screening CVs and assessing candidates
Support leaders with onboarding of new team members, various types of communication and learning in support of new, agile ways of working
Support the development of a digital product community, where people feel welcome and inspired to engage, share and learn
Help define and drive initiatives to further develop a culture of innovation and learning, supporting agile ways of working
Establish links and collaboration with key internal stakeholders, report out on project progress
Work in an inspiring environment with fun and ambitious colleagues at our Headquarters in Stockholm
Who you are:
Apart from being an energic, strategic recent graduate or master’s student, we believe the right person has:
A university degree within business or software
A well-balanced set of extracurricular activities that can include international experience, previous work experience or other engagements and achievements showing drive, ambition, and passion
A desire to develop and grow within the team
Up to 2 years of work experience
Prior experience working at Electrolux is an absolute plus
In addition to that:
You communicate clearly, confidently partnering with individual contributors as well as unit heads and team leads
You consider yourself a people’s person and a problem solver
You have an ability to balance multiple priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
You ensure your work-in-progress is visible and seek for constant feedback
You are a self-motivated, team-oriented and a proactive learner
You are proficient in English
